Surface Finishing is a crucial process in industrial manufacturing to improve the appearance, performance and durability of metal products. According to different processing methods and application scenarios, Surface Finishing can be divided into several categories. Here's a breakdown of their categories:

Powder Coating: Powder coating is a process in which dry powder coating is electrostatic sprayed onto a metal surface and then cured by baking to form a protective layer. This method is widely used in a variety of Metal products, such as Metal Gates, automotive parts and industrial equipment. Powder coating has the advantages of rich color, strong durability, corrosion prevention and so on, and can meet the needs of different environments and use scenarios.

Metal Powder Coating: Metal powder coating is a special form of powder coating that uses metal powder as a coating. This process is particularly suitable for metal products requiring high wear resistance, corrosion resistance and high temperature properties. In Ireland and other industrially developed countries, metal powder coating has been widely used to improve the quality and competitiveness of products.

Heavy Metal Powder Coating: Heavy metal powder coating is a coating process that uses heavy metal powder coating. Heavy metal powder coatings usually have a higher density and hardness, which can form a more robust and durable protective layer. This process is particularly suitable for metal products that withstand heavy loads, high impact and wear, such as heavy machinery and tools.

Why Choose Us

Improve appearance

Change the appearance and texture of materials to make products more attractive.

Improved corrosion resistance

A protective film is formed on the surface of the material to prevent corrosion and oxidation.

Improved wear resistance

Sandblasting and anodizing, the hardness and wear resistance of the material surface can be increased.
Strict inspection standards
  • Process one
Draw 11 lines horizontally and vertically on the surface of the spray parts with a knife, the interval is 2±0.01mm, and the incision is deep to the substrate.
  • Process two
Use a brush to remove powder or filaments from the edges of the scribing.Place one end of the prepared 3M tape from the very edge of the tape slowly and flat on the tape, and then gently touch the pressure with your fingers to ensure that there are no residual bubbles between the tape and the product under test.
  • Process three
After the tape is flattened, wait for about 3 minutes, then press the product under test with your left hand, pinch the free end of the tape with your right hand, and quickly remove the tape in the opposite direction about 180°.
  • Process four
Use a magnifying glass to carefully check the peeling condition of the coating on the 100, and determine the adhesion level of the spray layer of the product against the adhesion standard.
